Refund policy
Returns
At Static Dust, we want every order to arrive exactly as intended.
Because many of our products are made to order or produced specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes after purchase
- Accidental orders
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrectly printed
- incorrect due to our error
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
